Pumpkin season seems to arrive earlier and earlier every year with pumpkin spice everything making appearances in coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery stores as early as September. But if you’re like most people, you have never ventured beyond the most common way to serve and enjoy pumpkin - in a pie. Let’s be clear, pumpkin pies are a delectable delight! But if you love pumpkin, you might be surprised to discover there are a lot of other ways you can enjoy it! 

Check out these 6 ways to eat pumpkin (not in a pie):

  1. Pumpkin Soup


If you’re looking for a simple way to enjoy pumpkin, then pumpkin soup is the way to go. Nothing says fall like a warm bowl of soup.
