Still waiting for the market to rebound after the election. Nothing yet.
I spoke with a property manager friend of mine. She shared that her normal mid-fall uptick in rental applications has yet to happen as well.
Could it be that the market, like Rip Van Winkle, has gone down for a long, long nap? Time will tell.
In the meatime, aggressive pricing will overcome just about any market condition. So if you need to get moving, get aggressive with your price.
