Real Estate Market Report for Midtown Montgomery for the week of January 12, 2025

A year ago this week the pending sale ratio sat at 5.4% with 9 sales pending Today we see a 7.0% ratio and 13 sales pending. Clearly, we have gotten off to a better start.

And noteworthy: between $100-150,000 we see a balanced market, the first in at least 4 years. Sellers are gradually losing their edge. Act accordingly.
