Midtown Montgomery real estate sales statistics for June 2015, show the number of homes increased 55.56%. The average sales price decreased by 30.46% to $141,904 for the month. The median sales price decreased by 12.95% to $126,225, and market times decreased by 42 days. The highest selling price decreased by 11.49% from June 2014.
