Real Estate Market Report for Midtown Montgomery for the week of July 7, 2024
Today there are 20 sales pending in Midtown Montgomery. Last year at this time it was 21. Appears the market is behaving normally for this time of year and the current economic conditions.
As we see and hear more negative economic news (higher unemployment, lower job creation, etc.), we should be watching the Fed closely. As my real estate “money mentor” John Herzog used to say, “When the (economic) news is good, that’s bad. And when the news is bad, that’s good.”
